Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know I'm getting the best quality and value for my home?
We shop thousands of vendors every year to curate the best quality and value for every budget and stage of life. Every piece on our floor is personally tested by our team for comfort and durability—if we wouldn't put it in our own homes, we won't put it in yours. Coupled with our knowledgeable, long-tenured design staff, you can trust that you're making the absolute best choices for your space.
What makes your store experience so unique?
Stepping into our showroom gives you complete freedom to explore thousands of styles at your own pace, from full room setups down to the finishing home accessories. What truly sets us apart is our people: our loyal team members—some of whom have been with us for over 40 years—provide a comfortable, no-pressure atmosphere. You’ll see the same friendly, familiar faces every time you visit.
How does your delivery and post-purchase service work?
We make delivery completely seamless and stress-free. We charge a single flat delivery fee whether you buy one piece or a full truckload. Prior to arriving at your home, our team unboxes and "deluxes" your furniture to ensure it’s in perfect condition, minimizing disruption to your day. Plus, our commitment doesn't end at your front door—we are known across the county for servicing our customers' pieces long after delivery to keep everything working great.
Vivien sectional with a tailored 10-inch track arm, thick ultra-down cushions and a floating ottoman; designed to be floated in a room for a sculptural seating arrangement.
Description
The hallmark of the Vivien design is the overt, beautifully tailored 10-inch track that surrounds the interior. It is wide and cushioned enough to sit on, and creates a dramatic, balanced silhouette that is especially appealing if floating in a room. The thick ultra down cushions are another great example of the seating comfort, and standard with 20-inch lux down throw pillows. The floating ottoman provides flexibility to its location and how many may enjoy relaxing with their feet up.
