It's often said that "things aren't made the way they used to be," but at Kincaid, that's not entirely true. While several enhancements have been made since their beginnings in 1946, Kincaid Furniture still uses solid wood construction, English dovetails, and hand-rubbed finishes to craft their wood furniture. The same applies to their upholstery. Over the past 30 years, their operations in western North Carolina have produced quality, bench-made upholstery one piece at a time. Like Kincaid's solid wood furniture, the upholstery has also benefited from enhancements that continue to add value for the customer. At Kincaid Furniture, things are made the way they used to be—perhaps even a little better.

Description
Few pieces of furniture have the timeless endurance of the farmhouse dining table. The best examples are made of solid wood (usually solid pine or solid oak) and show the daily use they were built for. The Rankin Table here follows this formula. It is made with solid New Zealand Pine, includes an optional 5th/center leg for added support, and has the Kinguard performance finish on the top for extra protection against common dining table spills.
