This limited warranty excludes all other expressed or implied warranties.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Cozy Life is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the original consumer purchase date.

Under this warranty, Cozy Life's obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts, except those not covered by the warranty, found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination by Cozy Life. Cost for packing and shipping, if required, are not covered by this warranty.

WARRANTY SERVICE:
Claims for service under the warranty must be made through the retail dealer from which the furniture was purchased. To obtain the service for which you are entitled please keep your dated receipt indicating style and fabric description.

FRAME - LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY:
Cozy Life frames, upholstered in the original fabric, and under normal use and conditions, are warranted against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for the LIFETIME of the product.

SPRING:
Cozy Life spring units are warranted against breakage due to defective parts or workmanship for a period of FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase.

CUSHIONS:
Cozy Life cushioning materials are the primary source of comfort you receive from your furniture. Cushions are warranted for FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with slight-softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam, that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.

SLEEPER MATTRESSES:
Innerspring mattresses are warranted to be free of defects for FIVE YEARS by the mattress manufacturer. Sleeper mattress covers are excluded from this warranty. If defects appear (under normal use and service) during the first FIVE YEARS we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress at no charge to the original purchaser.

MECHANISM:
Swivel rockers, sleeper mechanisms (all metal parts) are warranted to be free of defects for TWO YEARS from the date of original purchase.

FABRIC / LEATHER:
Upholstery fabrics and leather are warranted against defective material or workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase under normal care and use. This warranty does not cover fading, pilling, shrinkage, or damage caused by heavy soiling or abuse. Due to dye lot variations from fabric and leather suppliers Cozy Life cannot guarantee dye lot matches unless products are purchased simultaneously. Fabric / Leather failure or damage due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty. Contact your Cozy Life dealer for proper cleaning instructions.
